The HELI K2 Series 4–5.5T Internal Combustion Forklifts are engineered to meet the rigorous demands of industrial material handling. Designed for high performance and long-term reliability, these forklifts are available in diesel, LPG, and gasoline configurations, offering load capacities from 4.0 to 5.5 tonnes. Built with a robust cast iron axle housing and HELI’s self-developed transmission system, the K2 Series ensures durability even under harsh working conditions. Optional wet-type brake systems with integrated cooling tanks provide stable braking performance during high-frequency operations, making them especially suitable for short-distance transport and high-temperature environments.
Operator comfort is a key focus. The semi-enclosed ergonomic seat, panoramic rearview mirrors, and intuitive LCD instrument panel provide a user-friendly experience. Real-time diagnostics and fault codes are displayed clearly, allowing operators to monitor the forklift’s condition with ease. The cabin also includes optional heating and cooling systems, USB ports, and cup holders for added convenience.
Maintenance is streamlined with an 80° wide-opening hood, removable side covers, and front-mounted filters for quick access. These features reduce downtime and improve service efficiency. The forklifts also incorporate dual-pump convergence and enlarged hydraulic piping to reduce pressure loss and improve energy efficiency.
Safety is enhanced through standard LED lighting, reversing alarms, radar systems, and OPS (Operator Presence System) configurations. The mast system includes lower buffering and full free lift options, with mast heights ranging from 3.0 to 6.0 meters. Compatibility with various attachments such as side shifters and clamps adds to the versatility of the K2 Series.
