We only deliver to New Zealand addresses and the prices quoted are to main centres within New Zealand. Smaller Towns and RD deliveries may be subject to quotation. We will advise any extra charges prior to shipping.
You must notify us within 7 days of the dispatch date (as stated in the email we send confirming dispatch) if you have not received an item.
How long will it take you to receive your items?
The time taken for a product to reach you depends on where you are located.
Most North Island metro deliveries are usually 5 days and South Island deliveries 10 days. On the odd occasion, it may take longer due to overloading and weather-related issues. For example, during Christmas deliveries may be delayed a day or so."
Rural locations should allow 1-2 more days than metro locations.
OTHER DELIVERY INFORMATION
Your order is charged in full at the time your order is placed. Please ensure the delivery address and receiver's name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as we are unable to change any details once the order has been placed.
